Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your Samu London parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Samu London's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

(1) FAQ Entry — Customs Duties & Taxes
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
Yes. Orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by UK. Customs. These charges are not included in our prices at checkout.
Q: How much are the duties?
The exact amount depends on the product type, value of your order, and current UK tariff rules. The carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS) will contact you with the final amount due when your package arrives in the UK.
Q: Who is responsible for paying these fees?
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes directly to the carrier before your package can be delivered.
Q: What happens if I refuse to pay?
If duties are not paid, the carrier will return the order to us. Once received, we can issue store credit only for the item(s), minus any shipping charges. Duties and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Q: Why aren’t duties included at checkout?
We ship under a DAP (Delivered at Place) model, which keeps product prices lower upfront and allows you to pay duties only if they apply to your order.
